1. Digital Services Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds once work has begun.

2. Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered if:

• Requested within 7 days of payment
• No work has been started
• The service cannot be delivered as promised

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Completed design/development work
• Digital products delivered
• Services already rendered

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
